Trainee Engineer – PLC and SCADA Programming

Position Overview: (This is a site job which includes travelling)

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Engineer with knowledge in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) programming. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 year of experience in the field and an understanding of industrial automation systems.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of PLC and SCADA systems for industrial automation projects.

Program, test, and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA applications to ensure functionality and reliability.

Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions.

Conduct regular maintenance and updates to existing PLC and SCADA systems to optimize performance and efficiency.

Provide technical support to clients and internal teams regarding PLC and SCADA programming and troubleshooting.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in PLC and SCADA technology to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.

 experience in PLC and SCADA programming.

Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram for PLCs.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in industrial automation.

Bond of 2-3 years mandatory
