About the Role
Kuubera Motion Controls Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Electricians to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for electrical installation, wiring, panel connections, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at various project sites. Freshers with relevant technical qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical wiring, cable laying, and termination work- in house
- Install and maintain electrical panels, motors, sensors, and control systems.
- Read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Assist in commissioning and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams for project execution.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work records properly.
- Travel to client sites and project locations as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI Electrician / Wireman / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 0–4 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or site work.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge can apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical components and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively for site work across India.
- Comfortable working at customer/project locations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit to perform field and site-related activities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of electrical panels and industrial wiring.
- Experience in machine installation and commissioning.
- Understanding of electrical drawings and testing instruments.
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems is an added advantage.
