With over 34 years of experience in industrial automation, Mr. Nandakumar Shankar Hargapure has been the driving force behind Kuubera Group’s journey from a one-person initiative to a trusted industrial automation company with a team of over 80 professionals and a global presence across 5+ countries.
Under his leadership, Kuubera has successfully delivered 1600+ automation projects, specialising in motion control systems, machine building, drive systems and advanced industrial automation solutions across diverse sectors.

Mr. Hargapure began his career in 1991 as a Technical Engineer with Electronica Group, after completing his Diploma in Electronics from Pune. Over the next 16 years, he gained extensive expertise across industrial automation, engineering and business operations before founding Kuubera Group.
His vision, technical excellence and commitment to innovation have helped build strong partnerships with leading global technology providers, establishing Kuubera as a trusted name in the industrial automation industry.
